Curiosity and messy problems. I get excited when there’s ambiguity and I have to untangle it into something people actually use.

People who solve big problems with simple solutions, smart products that just work, and books/docs/articles that make me think differently about design and business.

I break them down, talk to the people affected, and map out the smallest change that could make the biggest impact.

Open, honest, and goal-focused. I like everyone to feel heard — and then I make sure we’re moving forward.

I separate ego from work. Feedback is just data, so I take what improves the product and leave the rest.
